Abstract (EN)

This This study is aimed to analyze the effects of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems on company performance to raise awareness about these systems and to ensure that companies give the necessary importance to ERP systems. Enterprise Resource Planning Systems softwares and consultancy services are an expense item for companies however companies can easily and efficiently manage their business processes, adapt to innovations, receive instant reports and thus increase their profitability directly. In order to measure the impact of ERP systems on company performance, a questionnaire consisting of 40 questions and a three-point seven-point Likert scale was applied. The questionnaire was applied to 131 employees working in private and public institutions. In the analysis results, it was observed that ERP systems and Change Engineering had a direct and significant positive impact on the company performance.
