Abstract (EN)

Aim: To determine with Eurofit Test Tools acqustion sufficiency of goals of Physical Education lesson to which ones mentally retarded attend. Material and Method: 41 students (9 girls, 32 boys) with moderate and severe intellectual disabity participated as test subject. The students defined as single group. Physical education lessons were worked an hour for a day and two days for each week during eight weeks.. After measuring the height and weight of the test subjects, Eurofit tests were applied. Data were compared in statistic program in the level p<0.05. Results: In Eurofit Test parameters of the students with moderate and severe intellectual disability; it has been found a difference statically at level p<0.05 in pretest-posttest comparisons of flamingo balance, plate tapping, sit-up, sit and reach, standing broad jump and 10x5 metre shuttle run. According to the variables of height, weight, gender, type of disability and level of disability, it has been seen differences in pretest-posttest comparisons of flamingo balance, plate tapping, sit-up, sit and reach, standing broad jump, 10x5 m shuttle run, hand gripping, bent arm hanging. Conclusion: In standing broad jump, hand gripping, bent arm hanging levels of long heighted students between 11-17 years old with moderate and severe intellectual disability were seen differences. In hand gripping levels of the ones overweighted were seen a difference as possitively. In hand gripping and bent arm hanging levels of boys were seen differences. It can be said that hand gripping levels points of the students with intellectual disability and autism are higher than the ones' with Down Syndrome. It can be said that sit-up and shuttle run level points of the ones with intellectual disability and Down Syndrome are higher than the ones' with autism. It was observed that the flexibility levels of the oneswith Down Syndrome was higher than the ones' with intellectual disability and autism. Lastly, it was found that the plate tapping, sit-up and shuttle run levels of the ones with moderate intellectual disability had more positive differences than the ones' with severe intellectual disability.
