Abstract (EN)
This thesis is based upon the concurrence subject of liability provisions due to the defect in the contract of work which provides a limited liability regime and generel provisions of the code of obligations. Subjects of defect liability of the contractor, rights of the business owner against defect, concurrence of demands are described. And then the possible concurring general provisions of the code of obligations that are in concurrence with the defect liability provisions are handled.
