Lump sum pri̇ce and results

The contract of work which is settled at Turkish Law of Mortgage is a issue that many author draw attention and a lot of studies have been made about it in theory. In addition this issue has been in practice. According to form of arrangement in Turkish Law of Mortgage, lump sum price is the most striking one. Results, kinds and features of lump sum price at contract of work were explained in this study detailedly. In this study was benefited from judgments of many law which were about this issue, especially Turkish Law of Mortgage and Civil Law. With a view to better understand about this issue, it was benefited from decisions of Chancery. In addition to in this study, it was used old and new books, articles and every kind of paper, ideas which proceed at doctrine relative about with lump sum price at contract of work.
