Contractor's duty of care at the contract of construction

In this study, we will examine the contractor who is party to a contract of construction's duty of care which is accepted the general and key quality obligation in practice. In the first part, we will examine the general knowledge of contract of construction,definition and different meanings of duty of care, contractor's duty of care, care measure which is to hope for contractor, legal character of care of duty and situation of practice; and then in the second part, we will mention about the legal results of the contractor's duty of care and unethical acts like two captions which is called before the work which is not completion and after the work which is completion.
