In this study, the Kapaklıkaya mansion in Sivrihisar is being examined, as an example of civil architecture. The purpose of this study; for transferring to future generations through conservation of the aforementioned structure, is determination of the current status, preparation of the restitution study which its original features are defined, and restoration proposals which material and functional interference are determined. Within the scope of this study; structure-related documentation and analysis studies, library and archive studies, the structure restitution and restoration proposals preparation through comparative studies that have been performed on the mansion and similar samples, were accomplished. As a result of these studies; proposal for restoration of the mansion which is identified as largely preserved its original state, was prepared application oriented covering material and functional interferences.
