Finansal problems tradesman and craftsman: Gümüşhane an application i̇n the province

In this study it is examined that financial problems which craftsmen and artisans have stated to Gümüşhane Chamber of Craftsmen and Artisans, with the aim of creating practical solutions and increasing interest of concerned authorities on the topic by analyzing specific problems of Chamber of Craftsmen and Artisans through scientific perspective. This study is consisted of three parts. In the first par; the origin of Craftsmen and Artisans' concept, term of Craftsmen and Artisans, characteristics, classification and organization of concept of Craftsmen and Artisans were examined. In the second part; it is emphasized on financial problems stemmed from laws and regulation, education, tax, social security and accession. In the third part; a survey was done on Craftsmen and Artisans operating In the centrum of Gümüşhane and given place to the findings and evaluations related to the results of this survey. Study cosmos is composed of people who live in the centrum of Gümüşhane. The method of exemplification is chosen randomly with stratification method and executed. For this research, three hundred of questinaire forms were copied and filled in by the way of face-to-face. According to the findings; craftsmen with restricted capital in the centrum of Gümüşhane complain about the rise of tax rates. They grumble deficiency of the retirement pays. As a result; it is found that main problems are difficulty of finding qualified employee and so much workplaces in the same sector in the same area. Finally; it is emphasized that communication impotance with the agencies and institutes in the centrum of Gümüşhane is one of the basis issues.
