Abstract (EN)
In this study, the baby boom, X and Y generations working in educational institutions were compared according to their work commitment, job stress, job insecurity perception, intention to leave, work-family conflict and job satisfaction levels, working from home and using flexible working hours. In the research, it is aimed to determine whether the levels of baby boom, X and Y generations' work commitment, job stress, job insecurity perception, intention to leave, work-family conflict and job satisfaction differ according to their use of flexible working practices. As a result of the study, a significant difference was determined for the baby boom generation only in terms of job insecurity perception, according to the level of working from home; For the X and Y generations, significant differences were found between the averages according to the level of working from home in all other variables except work-family conflict. In terms of flexible working hours, a significant difference was determined for the baby boom generation individuals, in terms of job insecurity and work-family conflict, according to their use of flexible working hours; A significant difference was found for all variables for the X generation and for the Y generation individuals, according to their use of flexible working hours.
