Abstract (EN)
Flexibility, in circumstances where competition increases and environmental changes gain acceleration, becomes one of the major ways of survival. In order to be able to respond to environmental changes efficiently, flexibility is required in all areas, from technology to production and from strategy to organizational structure. Another area that is affected by flexible work, which has a considerable effect both, on employees and the organization, is the psychological contract. Even though flexible work, which has a profound effect on the workforce and the organization, provides several advantages, it brings about an important problem such as `control? for the organization as well. . In the kinds of flexible work, it is considered that the psychological contract will change, and ?control? will affect the employee as for fulfilling their commitment to the organization. In this research, for the above reason, the state of psychological contract and the effect of `control? on psychological contract in flexible work form has been studied, and it has been concluded that ?control? does not have an effect on psychological contract.
