Flexible employment practices and temporary agency work

It is predicted that the temporary agency work, which is debatable and unascertained if it has a direct effect to the employment or not, will be questioned. In the mentioned study, the concepts "flexible employment" and "temporary agency work" are examined and the answers are sought to the questions concerned how the regulations should be in the in the Code to be prepared to keep the lost of worker's rights to a minimum and to avoid the abuses.
