Abstract (EN)
This master thesis consists of four chapters. In the introductory part of the thesis, the soft sets discussed in this thesis and the emergence of the features of soft sets are mentioned. In the second part, soft sets and the properties of soft sets are explained. In the third chapter, soft topology, soft topological space and its features are determened in detail. Finally, in the fourth chapter, the soft connected topological space and their properties are by examining, the de nition of the "soft locally path connected topological space" is made and its properties are emphasized.
