Abstract (EN)
The first part of this master's thesis, which consists of five chapters, gave general information about the history of plastic sets and plastic connected topological spaces that will be included in this thesis, and then the purpose of the thesis was mentioned. In the second part, plastic sets and some of their algebraic properties are placed in soft topological spaces in the third region, and in the fourth region the concepts of connectivity and soft local connectedness in plastic topological spaces. In the fifth and last chapter, the conclusion part of this thesis is given.
