Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to search the flexibility and the variability the context multi story steel structural residential buildings and to display in the examples.In the research stage of the thesis, topics were studied that can be data for evaluation criteria of examples. In that the research, notable points were introduced in flexibility based residential buildings and evaluation criteria were determined. After determining of evaluation criteria, examples chosen in accordance with these criteria analyzed. Finally, data came from analyzed examples were got together and compared. In conclusion, suggestions made for flexibility based multi story steel structural residental buildings.
