Abstract (EN)

Turkey, USA and Russia have got the important Boron reserves in the world. Only Turkey has got 72.2 % of this total 1176 million ton B2O3 reserves. Every year, 600000 ton waste occurs during producing of Boron minerals in our country. The good waste parsing indicates of good development level of countries. The preventing of environmental pollution caused by industrial boron wastes and the best waste parsing are in among of the study?s purposes (aims). By this way both potential sources which are in wastes would be regained to national economy and environmental pollution is prevented. Nearly 1000000 ton plant waste is collected at the pool since Etibor Kırka borax plant started production.Rubidium metals are sold by gram and their unit price depends on degree of their purity. Rubidium is uncommon metal and due to high cost, the annual consumption of Rubidium rarely exceeds 1 metric ton at USA. The annual consumption is double the amount of this at all over the world. The presence of 1000 µg/g Rubidium canalizes this study. Rubidium was taken into (carried to) the solution before recovery of Rubidium from Boron wastes. The fusion method is applied for this process. The following process is the separation of hampering elements which prevents the separation of Rubidium. At the final process Rubidium was precipitated as SnCl6 and was identified.
