The problem of reflection values into practise in respect of values

Values have an important place in human life. The subject of the study is to examine the problem of how ethical values will be reflected in practice. The aim of our thesis is to obtain clues that will eliminate the deficiencies in the reflection of values in practice by examining the problem of reflection of ethical values in practice from a theoretical perspective. While the problem of how ethical values will be reflected in practice is studied theoretically, values education approaches have been examined. These approaches were evaluated and the six-step approach was taken as a basis. How to apply the six step road approach is explained on the relevant examples. In the first part of the study, the problem of the nature and source of values was examined. Then, calssifications related to values are discussed. In the second part, the problem of value-practice relation is examined so that values can be removed from the World of verbal perception and reflected on behaviors. In the third chapter, the six step road approach, which has aspects such as emphasizing the ethical and philosophical aspects in the reflection of values in practice, creating value emphasis and awareness and showing the functionality of the virtues in reflecting the value in practice has been adopted as the basic approach in the study. In the research, the six step road approach was examined through the value examples of "righteousness, responsibility, respect and patriotism" to show how values will be reflected in practice. In accordance with the curriculum development principles, a six step road plan, activities, six step road story examples, six step road worksheets, six step road criteria charts were developed, thus, sample materials for application in the theoretical researh were also presented. In the study, descriptive and analysis methods were tried to be used. In the research, it has been revealed how the "six step road" approach will contribute to the problem of reflection of ethical values in the practice.
