Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study to examine the effect of ethical climate on salesperson?s job attitudes and job performance in enterprises activating in pharmaceutical sector. The study consists of three sections:In the first section by introducing the foreknowledge related to the research, the importance of ethical climate which is the main topic of the research is emphasized and the other variables are explained. Also, the concepts personal selling, organizational commitment, trust in supervisor, job satisfaction and salesperson job performance are defined.In the second section, the relationships between the variables which are examined in the research are explained depend on the researches which are found in the litterateur, general model and research hypothesis related to the research are presented. In this section the research?s primary resource, sampling structure, data collection technigue, scales, data analysis, demographical findings, factor analysis, correlation and regression analysis which are related the hypothesis produced in the research are also involved.In the third section, the results and the findings which are reached in the research are evaluated and the offers related to the research are presented.206 salespeople have attended to the study answering the survey which consist of 31 questions. At the end of the research, with the help of the data which is gotten from the salesperson?s, it is proved that the ethical climate has a positive effects on organizational commitment , trust in spervisor and job performance: the trust in supervisor has a positive effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment and lastly the organizatıonal commitment has a positive effect on job performance. In addition to this, the fact that the ethical climate has no effect on the job satisfaction; and the job satisfaction and trust in supervisor have no effect on job performance is standed.Key Words :Ethical Climate, Organizational Commitment, Trust In Supervisor,Job Satisfaction and JobPerformance.
