Özet (EN)

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of effective microorganisms on some morphological and physiological characters in containerized tree seedling 2+0 aged Taurus Cedar. Nursery experiment in study; five types of application (4 treatments and 1 control) were carried out according to the design of randomized parcels. Applied processes belong to EM-1, EM-A, EM-5 and EM-Gold microorganisms of active microorganisms. The applications were carried out at two different times. 1. Application; it was carried out in April before the vegetation period. 2. Application; it was carried out in June, when the vegetation period plants were most active. From the applications, after 1 month, the procedures were repeated. In the study; all the morphological and physiological measurements of the seedlings were carried out in the laboratory environment at the end of the vegetation period. In the nursery environment, effective microorganisms have created a positive difference in terms of morphological and physiological characteristics in Taurus Cedar compared to control. According to findings; It has been determined that the use of effective microorganisms in the Taurus Cedar nursery cultivation may increase the quality of the seedling by morphological and physiological aspects. Furthermore, when used in afforestation studies conducted with Taurus Cedar, it has been reached that the adaptation ability and seedling development are positively affected.
