The level of meeting the teachers' expectations by the administrators of education process view while forming an effective school

Primary schools have very important place in Education system.Directors of these schools have to carry out the administration process precisely.Effective directors must set an effective administration perspective that needs participation and cooperation and that is human-centered.lt is anticipated that an effective school can be reached by carrying out an effective directing and applying direction process precisely. The problem of this survey is to determine " the level of meeting the teachers' expectations by the administrators of education from the point of education process view while forming an effective schooP'.Besides, the other goal of this study is to determine whether there is a meaningful difference between the variables of age, sex, rank and branch in the level of meeting the teachers' expectations in administration process by principals., In this study, Survey Model has been used. Questionairre used in this study was formed after examining the researches and studies on similar subjects and applying to opinions of the experts. This questionairre was carried out in 14 primary schools in Ayvalık town center and arounds in Balıkesir city.There are 313 teachers in the research applied schools in total.The researcher made the research himself because he wanted the research to be confident and objective, but the questionairre could not be given to 21 teachers due to the lack of time.255 of 292 questionairres were answered and given back to the researcher but 37 of them were not returned because of various reasons.Analysis of the research was evaluated over 255 questionairre. As a consequence of this research it has been determined that were in the reseach area, "rarely" meets the expectations of the teachers' in the process of desicion,planning, communication, impression, evaluation and " usually" meets in the process of organising an coordination.lt has been stated that there are meaningful differences between the variables of age, sex, rank and branch in the level of meeting the teachers' expectations in administration process by principals.
