An empirical research about the relationship between efficient team management and efficient leadership at state and private banks

It is commonly known that at the present days, business enterprises is getting into restructuring process by determining new strategies in order to keep up with developing world conditions, to be able to compete against rivals and most importantly to be one step forward.During the restructuring process, gathering efficient teams is one of the methods in order to get competitive advantage and to improve productivity. In order to gather efficient teams and control and direct these teams properly, this gathering operation should be done by an efficient person. At this stage, we will be confronted with ?efficient leadership? concept.In this study, it is researched that, among the banking sector staff, if there is a meaningful differences (according to sex, age, education, working period etc.) on perceiving the role of an efficient leadership during gathering efficient teams.Key Words: Efficient teams, efficient leadership, banking sector
