Abstract (EN)
This research was conducted for the teachers who were the participants of the activity based teaching models which was used for 2005 and new eduation models frequently . By taking teacher?s comments, it was brought out the positive points of activity based teaching by view of the users and also how to isolate the negative points. This research was done with case study in qualititive method and the teachers who was served in 2010-2011 in Gaziantep Sehitkamil was chosen for working group and interview was done with these teachers. At the result of research, it is figured out that teachers mostly pay attention to readiness in designing the activities and they design the activities according to the indermediate level students. Additionaly, it has been reached in the result that the roles of teachers in the class has changed; teachers have some difficulties in reaching the materials, time and class management in putting the activities into practice; and they don't use alternative evaluation techniques while evaluating the activities. Another result of the research is that activities in course books aren't activated with the activities in cirriculum.Key words: Activity, Teaching, Activity based teaching
