Abstract (EN)
Measurement of Efficiency has three different methods: The ratio analysis, parametric and non-parametric methods. The ratio analysis is limited because this method is one dimensional. In the parametric methods, functional relationship between outputs and inputs are the needs to be known. Data envelopment analysis, DEA, is non-parametric method which commonly used in the Measurement of Efficiency. In DEA method, there are no assumptions required, and the relative efficiency of units with multiple inputs and outputs can be obtained. Furthermore, this study explains a software about Data Envelopment Analysis which displays Efficiency indexes for each decision making units. DEA is widely spread method by operation researches, management sciences, and by businesses located within industrial sectors recent years. This software can be used to analyse CCR and BCC methods. Overall, it also calculates super effiency, and potential improvement values for each decision making units separately. Key Words: 1. Efficiency and Productivite 2. Data Envelopment Analysis 3. Super Efficiency 4. Software 5. .NET
