Abstract (EN)

To determine Consumers Ethnocentrism, Quality, Price, Regret, Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention assessments for any sector, brand, product or service is important to provide a competitive advantage in national and international markets for businesses. In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the effect of Ethnocentrism, Quality, Price, Regret, Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention to determine the conditions of White Goods Brands that participants have experienced. The sample group of the research consists of 894 White Goods consumers living in TRB1 Region (Elazığ, Malatya, Tunceli, and Bingöl). SPSS and AMOS programs were used in the analysis of the research data. In this context, descriptive and descriptive statistics and validity and reliability analysis of the data were performed. After Explanatory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis, ANOVA and t-tests were applied. Finally, the research model was performed to PATH analysis. According to the findings obtained from the research analysis, the evaluations of the participants regarding the variables of Ethnocentrism, Quality, Price, Satisfaction, Regret and Purchase Intention were significantly differentiated according to Groups of White Goods Brand Preferences, Political Tendency, and Province of Residence. Also, as a result of the evaluations of the participants; Quality and Price variables were observed to affect on Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention.
