Abstract (EN)

Prostate cancer is more common and has a greater impact on some men. The goals of our research, which is about different chemical tests for men with prostate cancer, are: Find out how dihydrotestosterone, testosterone, lipids, and PSA change in prostatic neoplastic serum so that sperm loss can be measured and spermatogenesis can be brought back in men with prostate cancer. Our study found that dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is a critical component of male reproductive health and that its levels can have a significant impact on fertility. Alterations in levels of testosterone and DHT have been associated with azoospermia, and deviations in DHT levels can affect sperm maturation and production, which may lead to azoospermia. Older males may be affected by hormonal imbalances and environmental factors in one way or another on the speed of progression of prostate disease. Maintaining normal levels of steroid hormones, especially testosterone, can help delay the onset of prostate disease or slow its progression. More studies are needed in this area (steroid hormone levels) to improve early detection and reduce the burden of prostate cancer, thus reducing the chance of infertility or azoospermia
