Türkiye?de internetin gelişimi ve yönetişiminin ifade özgürlüğü açısından değerlendirmesi

Internet, with its unique qualities pose an alternative to traditional media, which plays an important role with regard to the functioning of democracy by providing individuals the means to gather information and express their thoughts, yet harmed by increasing political control and commercialization. On the other hand, this potential of the Internet has not realized. A political intervention is needed, to employ the Internet on behalf of the general public and in an egalitarian manner. This research aims to provide an understanding of the freedom of expression and existing problems, then the Internet?s global infrastructure and its governance and study the evolution of the Internet in Turkey, analyzing policies, legislation and its governance with regard to the freedom of expression.
