Abstract (EN)

The aim of the current study was to determine the levels of adrobin, GAD and anti GAD in patients with type 1 diabetes and to compare with a healthy group, as well as to determine the changes in FBS, HbA1c, Insulin, C- peptide, T3, T4, TSH levels in patients with T1DM. Control group so that to find the correlation between serum adropin hormone and glutamic acid decarboxylase, antiGAD, FBS, HbA1c, Insulin, C- peptide, T3, T4, TSH, TC, TG, HDL, VLDL and LDL levels in T1DM patients group. The total number of subjects included in the study was 180 and divided into two groups. Group I was consisting 90 normal healthy subjects as controls while group II was consisting 90 patients with a history type-1 diabetes mellitus T1DM. The study included subjects of age in between (4-18) years for both groups. samples was Collected from December (2021) to February (2022).
