Examination of the Relationship Between the Quality of Life and Comfort Levels of Caregivers of Home-Care Patients Aim: The aim of this study was to an examination of the relationship between the quality of life and Comfort levels of caregivers of home-care patiensts. Material and Method: The research is a descriptive type of study. The universe of the study consisted of 501 caregivers who care for the patients registered to the Department of Home Health in Siirt Provincial Health Directorate. With the power analysis, the sample consisted of 341 caregivers representing a universe of 0.98 at a level of 0.05 confusion with a 95% confidence interval. "Patient Information Form", "Caregiver Information Form", "General Comfort Questionaire (GCQ) and SF-36 Quality of Life Scale (QLS)" were used for data collection. The datas was collected between August 2018 and October 2018. The data obtained from this study was evaluated using the SPSS 23.0 statistical software at computer. Frequency and percentage distribution, the arithmetic mean, independent samples t test, Kruskal-Wallis, Correlation analysis and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used for evaluation of the data. Result: This study was determined that 73.3% of the caregivers were women and 78.9% were married, 28.7% were brides, 81.5% did not work in any job, 26.7% were illiterate, 28.2% were primary school graduates, 89.7% provide more physical support. Gender, marital status, education level, the degree of affinity with the patient, and the quality of life were found to be significantly related to the quality of life (p<0.05). Gender, marital status, education level, the degree of affinity with the patient and the level of comfort of social security were found to be significant (p<0.05). Conclusion: It has been detected that there is positive correlation between quality of life and comfort levels (p<0.05). Keywords: Home Care,Caregiver, Quality of Life, Comfort Levels
