Behavioral economics of married people's work life investigation in context: A literature study

The rapid development of technology has brought about new schools of economics along with it, and behavioral economics, one of the new schools, has also made an important contribution to the science of economics. The behavioral economics school claims that the psychology of the individual is very effective in the rational decision-making stage. The preliminary acceptance of this claim is that individual psychology, which is constantly changing and has an unstable structure, is prone to irrational behavior. The research topic of this study is the business life of married people from the behavioral economics perspective. However, this research was not conducted on the field itself, but on previous studies. When we look at the literature studies, it has been found that couples being active in business life have positive and negative effects on the marital relationship. In this context, some studies conducted in Turkey and abroad were examined and their evaluation was made through the concept of behavioral economics.
