Melody patterns using start solfege and dictation on training a model for research

Research, musical hearing (ear) in education ``musical reading'' and ``writing a musical'' related auditory, perceptual, etc. is directed to the solution of the problem. Subject a model for research on training patterns using solfege and dictation melody start' s were investigated with an empirical study of whether it can be applied to. Work, Tokat Anatolian Fine Arts and sports high school Department of music (1. class) reviewed with the students. The students who participated in the study at the beginning level including; experimental group, n=12 and generated in the face control group n=12 with a total of twenty-four (24) person. Pre-and post-test with control group ``experimental design full model'' was applied. In the study, different era, genre, and composer to a piece of music belonging by examining the work used in the structures by determining the characteristic melody, hearing and became a standard used in the study to be prepared ``Melody Patterns" it was called. Students in the experimental group only melody patterns, auditory, visual, and practical teaching. During the study period, the experimental group learned solfege and dictation of melodies created by the students in the learning process by the patterns printed has been completed. Other regular education students according to the school curriculum in the control Group, continued their normal training, solfege or rhythm patterns did not dictate any. With the initial success of the experimental group, melody patterns, the success of applying the model, however, the data were compared with a control group. As a result, initially write the melody with solfege and dictation model of learning patterns of students in the experimental group to the achievement levels of students in the control group is higher than that determined by experiment. Hearing, reading, and writing, etc. start using solfege and dictation of melody patterns in the works that can be used in the training of a model for music education and success it is found that the positive contribution it can provide.
