The aim of the study, 2010-2011 football season, Football Federation of Turkey, Ankara Province engaged in an active football referee referees to identify sources of stress faced by the arbitration process and to examine the differences according to several variables. For this purpose, consisted of active football referees working in the 2010-2011 football season, Turkey Football Federation in Ankara Province. 3 females and 184 males were evaluated for a total of 187 questionnaires returned.Descriptive study to determine the current state of research. Quantitative approach used in this study. Research, including personal and professional information and the scale of individual refeeres, as the face of environmental and organizational factors was conducted on data collected by the scale of sources of stress. Preliminary data obtained by applying the analysis of the internal consistency reliability of coefficient (Cronbach's alpha) to the assays. Alpha coefficient was found to be 0.93.SPSS 11.5 and STATISTICA 7.0 was used for the evaluation of results of research and program. The research has been used to frequency (f), percentage (%), the arithmetic average ( ), Kolmogrov Smirnov Test, t test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) analysis.In the study, interpreted in tables of the data obtained to determine the level of football referees stress frequencies, percentages and arithmetic average.Active sources of stress levels in the province of Ankara, football referees, age, gender, marital status, education drumu, arbitration, classification, and occupational status of arbitration to determine the parametric statistics showing the difference in the independent sample t test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) analysis used. Kolmogrov Smirnov test was used to determine the individual, environmental, and organizational points of view as measured on the stress factors to determine the normal distribution showing.At the end of the study, normal distribution was observed (p> 0.05), individual, environmental and organizational factors related to stress scores.The highest was observed in the study participants? perceptions about individual stress factors ( =3.28). Environmental stress factor ( =2.42) were determined as a factor of at least average. In addition, stress levels were affected by football referees have been marital status and variables in referee.Keywords: Soccer referee, individual stress factors, environmental stress factors, organizational stress factors.
