The world of person in the novels of Faik Baysal

To write isn?t only an action for Faik Baysal who is one of the most important authors of the Republic period. Baysal is an expert author who maket he writing as a life style. In spite of this, Baysal isn?t showed interest thet he deserves in literature world and academic studies about Faik Baysal are limited. There is a doctorate thesis, done by Ülkü Gürsoy, about stories of author and MA (high licence) thesis, done by Emine Kurt, about his novels. Furthermore, a book named Gül Sancılı Adam Faik Baysal is published by Municipality of Adapazarı Büyükşehir and Presidental of Culture Department.In this study which is analyzed by a method centering work of people cadre in the novels of Faik Baysal, it is considered the effects of socialist realism movement which author is in, social features of the period when author gives his work. To have information about author, it is interviewed with the family of the author as an extra to literature.Information about author?s life, viewpoint to literature and works are gived at the entry part which is first part of the study. At the second part which forms basic of the study, after the introduction of the novels of the author and their summary, the novels are analyzed chronologically in terms of people cadre.At the conclusion part which is the third part of the study, by being done a generalization in the light of the information gathered at the previous parts, the place of the author in the literature world is tried to be determined.Baysal who makes his name mentioned by the novel Sarduvan is an author giving original works. The novel Sarduvan which he wrote when he was 19 is the first unguided countryside novel that is build up human platform. People cadre is an important element in the his second novel Rezil Dünya that he wrote to wake up person and in his other novels. Baysal who wrote also the novels that historical personalities take place in the people cadre is the owner of the first science-fiction scenario named Kavanoz?daki Adam. Baysal who writes for society on account of viewpoint to literatureappropriately chooses people cadre to the novels with thesis that he wrote. In this study, it is tried to be done fixation about development of novel of the Republic period by deeply analyzing people world which is an important element in Baysal?s novels.
