The relationship between faculty organizational culture and the dimensi̇ons of individual career planni̇ng of students: Anadolu University example

The aim of this study is to examine the university culture that helps students to shape their future, to measure the students' perception of faculty organizational culture in Anadolu University and to determine the relationship between faculty organizational culture and individual career planning. In this study, the importance of the concepts of organizational culture and career planning is explained and the relationship between organizational culture and individual career planning is explained. These concepts are thought to be important for the success of the students' future business life. Within the framework of the aim of the study, between the concept of organizational culture and individual career planning depending on the perceptions and opinions of the students of the Department of Management, Economics, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and Tourism Management who are studying at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. The relationship was tried to be determined. As a result, it is concluded that the faculties in which the study is carried out have a strong organizational culture. In addition, it was determined that there is a relationship between faculty organizational culture and individual career planning.
