Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACT In this study, electrochemical oxidation behaviour of active compounds named famotidine and natamycine was investigated in different supporting electrolyte by voltammetric methods using carbon paste and glassy carbon electrodes. Oxidation mechanisms were proposed for studied compounds. In order to check accucarcy and precision of applied voltammetric method, recovery experiments of famotidine and natamycine were carried out from the drug tablets. Furthermore, the amount of famotidine and natamycine were determined in drug tablets.
