Özet (EN)

Financial performance is one of the important decision components that play an active role in the future activities of enterprises and financial institutions. In this process, decision-makers need analytical approaches in which many financial indicators can be periodically evaluated together. At this point, the use of Multi-Criteria Decision Making Methods (MCDM) is common in the analysis of financial performance of firms operating in various fields. In this study, Turkey Hard Coal Authority's between 2009-2018 year financial performance different weighting based of on measured with MCDM methods. The criteria were determined by considering the studies on financial performance and weighted by using objective weighting methods Entropy, CRITIC, Standard Deviation and Equal Weighting. The financial performance of the institution was analyzed on the basis of these four different weighting methods with the help of COPRAS, GRA and TOPSIS methods. As a result, it was determined that the alternative with the best financial performance was 2009 and the alternative with the worst financial performance was 2016.
