Abstract (EN)
In this study, we were examined the changes in some biochemical parameters at muscle and liver tissues of geese which grown in province of Kars by feeding with different foods (Barley, Wheat, Rye and Corn) have been investigated. A total of 35 adult geese were randomly assigned into 5 treatment groups and fed ad libitium different roughage sources (control, barley, wheat, rye and corn) for 6 weeks. At the study, level of fatty acid, lipophilic vitamin values, amount of protein and glutathione, values of lipid peroxidation (LPO) and cholesterol levels have been measured. Control groups and other grups which overfed with different grains have been used.According to our findings, the amount of liver LPO groups in the control group fed with wheat and showed difference between groups (p>0.05), decreased in the other groups (p<0.0001). Fresh leg, back, chest muscles and the dried tissues were increased too. In addition, heat stress significantly increased lipid peroxidation was detected.It was observed the amount of GSH increased in all groups in the liver, according to the control group showed decrease in fresh muscle tissue. Dried tissues (1.month) of the barley and wheat groups were higher than other food groups (p<0.0001). The amount of GSH of dried tissues (2.month and 7.month) is increased in all groups.The amount of protein in liver tissue, rye and corn-fed groups compared with the control group recorded a significant increase (p<0.0001). At the same groups in the protein amounts of fresh and dried tissues were found to be significantly higher (p<0.0001).In liver tissue fatty acid composition of palmitic (16:0), arachidonic (20:4n-6) and dokosahekzaenoik (22:6n-3) acids, fatty acids, which the dried tissues, as well as stearic (18:0), oleic (18:1) and linoleic (18:2n-6) acids were reductions in the amounts at different rates than the control group.Although there are high levels of cholesterol in liver tissue (p<0.0001), fresh and dried tissues, increasing the amount of time the effect was diminished with.As a result, low-cholesterol and unsaturated fatty acids have a very high percentage of meat because of the goose should be used as a valuable part of human diet. Fat in the liver as a result of the experiment by more than the supply of nutrients from the corn was observed. This was followed by rye, wheat and barley. Nutrition by the outcome of experiments with rye and corn feed test when given as a high-quality content can use forced feeding is recommended.
