In this study, various types dyeing methods such as piece dyed, fiber dyed and yarn dyed are examined in terms of fabric performances and qualities. Regarding this, 4 fabrics have been chosen which contents 61/34/5 PES/VISCON/ELASTANE. In these fabrics, color fastnesses, stability tests (washing stability and steam stability), tear strength, tensile strength, pilling and elasticity test methods have been applied. Additionally, quality performances, color continuities have been examined and compared in 4 fabrics which being made 1000 mts production in each dyeing method. Based on all these studies, it is obviously clear how much dyeing methods affects quality performances and usage of these products. Especially, when taking these studies into account, it shows difference of dyeing methods in terms of quality and fabric performances in different perspective. Taking all these workings in to consideration, fiber dyeing methods colorfastness results performed better than other dyeing methods. Also fiber dyeing method had better quality performances as well.
