Özet (EN)
Comparing with After Training Adaptations That Occur in Respiratory and Circulation Systems After Training of the Amateur Athletes in Different BranchesThe aim of the research was to indicate the changes that occur in respirator, circulation and body composition parameters and to be compared with each other of amateur athletes who belongs to different branches.34 sportsmen who are actively act in football, basketball, volleyball, running and taekwondo branches (aged between 17-24) participated into the research.During 12 weeks training, ventilation and diffusion tests to measure their respiratory parameters, blood test to measure blood parameters and BIA measurement for body composition were applied to the participants before and after training. The subjects height, IKAS and blood pressure were analyzed, too.Obtained data were evaluated at meaningfulness with level of 0.05 via, Wilcoxon and Kruskall Wallis test in SPSS 15.0 programme. When the body composition and blood pressure were analyzed after the training period, meaningful increase in football players? weight, meaningful decrease in their IKAS, meaningful increase in basketball players? TVS, meaningful increase in volleyball players? VKI on TVS, meaningful increase in athletes? TVS and meaningful increase in taekwando players? VKI, were observed. Any other meaningful changes were not observed. When the subjects post-training breath parameters were analyzed, meaningful decrease in football players? MEF 25-75, MEF 25-75%, FRC, FRC%, RV, TLC, TLC% values; meaningful increase in basketball players? FVC, FVC%,MEF 75, MEF 75% values; meaningful increase in volleyball players? MEF 25-75, MEF 25-75% values; meaningful increase in athletes? FVC, FVC%, FEV1, MEF 75, MEF 75%, TLC, TLC% values and meaningful decrease in their RV/TLC values were observed. While in those branch players such results were observed, no meaningful difference was observed in taekwondo players? breath parameters. Meaningful difference didn?t occur in other parameters. When the subjects post-training blood parameters were analyzed, meaningful increase in football players? RBC, HGB, HCT, PLT and meaningful decrease in MCH values; meaningful increase in basketball players? RBC and meaningful decrease in basketball players? MCV values; meaningful increase in volleyball players? WBC, NEU%, MONO%, PLT and meaningful decrease in their LYM%, MCH, MCHC values; meaningful increase in athletes? WBC, NEU%, MCHC and meaningful decrease in their LYM%, BASO%, MCV values were observed. Meaningful difference wasn?t observed in taekwando players? blood parameters. No meaningful difference occurred in other parameters. As a result, during 12 weeks pre and post-training studies meaningful difference occurred in football, basketball, volleyball players, athletes and taekwando players? breath, circulation and body composition parameters. However different results were observed between various branches, too.Key words: Athlete, Respiratory Function Tests, Blood and Body Compositions.
