Abstract (EN)

In this study, despite the intensive spraying in 8 different regions determined in the Eastern Mediterranean Region, the resistance levels of C. capitata populations that could not be successful in chemical control were determined by bioassay and biochemical methods. Depending on the LC50 values of sensitive and field populations, resistance levels for esfenvalerate, spinosad, tau-fluvalinate and malathion insecticides were found to be 10.16-23.81, 1.75-3.02, 3.10-12.40, 2.75-7.54 fold, respectively. The esterase and glutathion S-transferase (GST) enzyme values of different C.capitata populations were read kinetically. The esterase and glutathion S-transferase enzyme values of the field populations were found between 1.69-3.36 and 2.19-2.34 mOD / min / mg protein, respectively. For the sensitive population, these enzyme values were determined as 0.86 and 2.20 mOD / min / mg protein. According to the biochemical study, the esterase enzyme was found to be statistically significant in the development of resistance while the GST enzyme was insignificant. These insecticides used in the control of Mediterranean berries are sprayed on fruit trees in the garden at field doses. On selected days (1-4-7-10) sample fruit was taken from the garden. These fruits were left in special cages for 24 hours in the same environment and the mortality rates were examined. The mortality rates of the fruit were found to be significant on the 1st, 4th and 7th days, but not on the 10th day. During this experiment larvae were obtained from the fruits left in the environment. There was no difference in the number of larvae obtained from fruit which pesticide applied.
