Abstract (EN)
In this study, that aims to investigate the nutritional status of tomatoes, soil samples from two different depths, 0-20 and 20-40 cm, and leaf and fruit samples were taken from 12 different greenhouse. Soil analysis was performed for each depth for the following parameters; texture, CaCO3, organic matter, EC, pH, total N, plant available P, exchangeable K, Ca, Mg and Na, plant available Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu; in leaf samples, N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Na, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu were determined. Moreover, fruit samples were representatively taken from each orchards and fruit weight, fruit diameter, fruit rind color, and; total soluble solids (TSS) were also determined in fruit juice. Most of the soils had texture clay, clay loam and sandy clay loam, slightly alkaline and alkaline and high level of CaCO3 that possibly affects plant growth negatively, and low in organic matter; while no salinity problem was recorded. Soil N and K status were generally adequate in two depths (0-20 cm and 20-40 cm); however, plant available P, exchangeable Ca and Mg status were found to be highly good enough. Moreover, exchangeable Na was fixed to be low. For micro nutrients; while plant available Fe, Mn and Cu were sufficient, Zn status ranged from low to marginal. Altought some of macro nutrient (Ca and Mg) and some of micro nutrient (Fe and Mn) concentrations of leaf samples were generally sufficient, the other micro nutrient (Zn and Cu) and the other mocros nutrient (N, P and K) status showed some deficiencies Fruit weight varied among 304.73-815.97 g, fruit diameter among 84.07-115.86 mm, fruit height among 75.45-105.43 mm, fruit toughness 1.58-4.99 kg/cm2, number of fruit 20.46-26.95 and ring color was measured at the range of 27.52-31.12 for chroma and of 48.04-50.89 for hue values. In fruit juice, TSS ranged from 3.10-4.80 %, In addition, the correlation between the soil and plant analysis results and each other was also carried out and statistical differences were found. As a result of 12 genotypes different manufacturers leaves and fruits grown in nutrient content , the quality of fruit and yield per plants were found to have additive effect . Genotypes grown in the same conditions, even if the manufacturer leaves and fruits of different nutritional status, quality of fruit and yield per plant might reveal differences were detected even in . These results obtained from the different genotypes were produced under greenhouse conditions according to which the results can be very variable shows . Producer of the genotype, while opting genotypes and their conditions familiarize ought genotypes according to the needs of applications should do that, or manufacturers which best suits the genotype preference with most of your resources effectively use can be achieved. These results, of great importance in terms of contribution to the national economy is expected to.
