Abstract (EN)

The Effect of Coenzyme Q10 Supplementation on Myonectin, Endocan And Glucose Metabolism in Serum and Some Tissues in Rats Treated with Different Exercises In our study, this study was carried out to determine the effect of coenzyme Q10 supplementation on the metabolism of myonectin, endocan and glucose in serum and some tissues in rats that were subjected to different exercises. In the experimental study, 42 male Wistar albino rats, 48 weeks old, were used. Rats with an average live weight of 322 g were in the control group (n=7), who were not treated and fed with a standard diet, and aerobic exercise group (n=7 ), Anaerobic exercise group (n=7), fed with a standard diet and fed with a standard diet (0.5 ml/day/kg gavage method 5 days a week) and CoQ10 supplement added CoQ10 group (n=7),exercised (aerobic on the treadmill 5 days a week, 15m/min), the group fed with a standard diet and given CoQ10 supplementation aerobic exercise + CoQ10 group (n=7), exercised (5 days a week anaerobic on the treadmill, 25m/min), Anaerobic Exercise + CoQ10 group (n=7) fed with a standard diet and given CoQ10 supplementation, and seven animals in each group were divided into 6 separate groups. At the end of the study, liver and kidney tissue samples taken from rats were examined by ELISA method and immunohistochemical method. SPSS package program was used for data analysis. The OneWay Anova test was used considering the normality criterion, and Tukey, Scheffe and LDS tests, which are Post-Hoc tests, were applied to determine between which groups the differences occurred between the groups. The level of significance was stated as p<0.05. According to the statistical results of the analysis study, no significant difference was found between the groups in liver myonectin values and kidney myonectin values. However, it was determined that there was a significant difference between the groups in kidney endocan values and liver endocan values. It was determined that there was a difference between the groups in the results of glucose and insulin values in plasma.According to the results obtained; It was concluded that CoQ10 supplementation did not cause a change in myonectin values in liver and kidney tissue in rats that underwent different exercises, and it did not cause a change in endocan values in liver and kidney tissues, and glucose and insulin values in plasma.
