Abstract (EN)

The study was carried out at different sowing times (22 May, 6 June and 21 June) and at different sowing intervals (30×5 cm, 30×10 cm, 30×15 cm, 45×5 cm, 45×10 cm, 45×5 cm). This study was carried out to determine the yield and some technological properties of the Gümüşhane Sugar Bean planted. The experiments were carried out in three replications in the 2020 growing season in Gümüşhane Merkez, according to the divided plots trial design, by placing the sowing time in the main plots and the sowing intervals in the sub-plots. Within the scope of the study, flowering time, physiological death, plant height, first pod height, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, 100-seed weight, grain yield and water uptake capacity, water uptake index, swelling capacity, swelling index, protein ratio and cooking time. Technological features such as Looking at the results of the research; the highest grain yield was obtained from the sowing date of May 22 with 7.43 t ha-1 according to the sowing time, and 7.67 t ha-1 and 30×5 cm sowing interval according to the sowing intervals. According to the sowing times, plant height (51.39 cm), number of pods per plant (9.72 no) and number of seeds per pod (5.67 no) reached the highest values on 22 May planting. Among the examined technological features; The lowest swelling capacity was obtained from 0.45 mL grain-1 (22 May and 6 June sowing) and the highest 0.47 mL grain-1 was obtained from 21 June sowing. It is thought that the most suitable planting time for sugar bean cultivation in Gümüşhane Center is the end of May.
