Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out in Yozgat conditions in 2018 vegetation period in order to determine the effect of different sowing times on the seed yield and some yield components of the camelina plant. In the research, it was used Arslanbey cultivar and summer 4 different sowing times, and the trial was planned with 3 replications according to the Random Blocks Trial design. According to the sowing times, the average plant height was 61.60-64.01 cm, the first branch height was 28.95-39.53 cm, the number of branches per plant was 5.53-7.56 plants/piece, the number of capsules was 81.53-109.57 plants/piece, the number of seeds per capsule was 12.30-13.16 pieces, seed number was 648.0-1009.3 plants/piece, seed yield was 37.050-55.13 kg/da, 1000 seed weight was 0.41-0.52 g, oil rate was 17.26-22.53%, protein rate was 19.40-21.65%. According to the data obtained, it was determined that sowing time, seed number, seed yield, first branch height, oil rate, and 1000 seed weight were statistically significant.
