Abstract (EN)
This study was carried out to determine the effects of different Mycorrhiza and phosphorus doses on the yield and quality of Tokat garlic genotype between April and July 2015 in Tokat Gaziosmanpasa University Research and Application Center. Local garlic genotype was used as a material in the experiment. Vesicular Arbuscular Mycorrhiza (VAM) (control, 2.5 g/kg, 5g/ kg, 7.5 g/kg and 10 g/kg) and phosphorus doses (control, 5 kg/da, 10 kg/da, 15 kg/da and 20 kg/da) were applied. Planting was done by 20 cm m x 7.5 cm on April 15th. Harvest was done on July 26th. In the study; sprouting and maturity days were not significantly affected by mycorrhiza and phosphorus (P2O5) doses; whereas, plant length, yield, average head weight, average clove number per head, soluble solid dry matter, pH, titratable acidity and mycorrhizal infection rate were significantly affected by mycorrhiza and phosphorus doses. As a result, the highest average head weight (19.49 g) and yield (1039.56 kg/da) were obtained from 2.5 g/kg Mycorrhiza and 20 kg/da phosphorus application.
