Özet (EN)

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of flow and emotional intelligence on performance in different instinctive climates. The study's study group consists of 112 students who are educated at the Faculty of Sports Sciences of Celal Bayar University in the academic year of 2015-2016. In this study, driving simulation, optimal performance emotional state scale, Schutte emotional intelligence scale, sporde task and ego orientation scale, 10 - digit state anxiety state reliability scale, 10 - digit pleasure and visualization scale were used as data collection tools. The optimal performance of the emotional state scale was done by Aşçı et al. (2007). Tatar et al. (2011) adopted Turkish adaptation of the Schutte emotional intelligence scale and Toros (2001) adopted the Turkish version of the sporda task and ego orientation scale. Study data were analyzed with SPSS version 21.00.Descriptive statistics, t test or nonparametric equality, regression and correlation techniques were used in the analysis of the obtained data. The relationship between the test total time and flow dimensions of the participants in the task group has shown that the task force experience can significantly explain the change in lap times of the model formed. [F (1, 38) = 10, 70 P =. 002, R2 ad = .20] The participants in the ego group showed that the relationship between the test total time and flow dimensions could explain the change in lap times of the model formed by the control emotion and experience of achievement in a meaningful way. [F (2, 37) = 20, 45 P = .000, R2 ad = .50] The relationship between the test total time and flow dimensions of the participants in the control group showed that the model consisting of the experience of specific feedback and relative focus can explain the change in lap time significantly. [F (2, 31) = 22, 82 P = .000, R2 ad = .57] According to the results obtained from the research data, the performance and flow sub-dimensions differed depending on the clime generated during a performance.
