Abstract (EN)

The Effects of Different Warm-Up Protocols on Some Aerobic and Anaerobic Motor Tests Objective: Today, there is no consensus on warming protocols and different results are obtained from studies. In this study, it is thought that reliable values will be obtained and all the results will contribute to this field by applying both aerobic and anaerobic motoric tests. The purpose of this study is to study different warming protocols on some aerobic and anaerobic motor tests. Materials and Methods: The sample of this research were 15 volunteer male students from Inonu University- Faculty of Sport Sciences who were at age of 21.80 ± 1.37 (years), and who a had height of 1.77 ± .032 (cm), and a weight of 69.09 ± 6.65 (kg), and body mass index (BMI) of 21.94 ± 5.6 kg and a body fat ratio of 2.01 (kg / m2) and with body fat percentage of 10.87 ± 3.98 (%). As engine performance tests, Vertical jump test, T-Line agility test, Sprint performance test (30m), iterative sprint test and YoYo-1 IR1 test were applied. Findings: It was found that the different warming protocols, statistically, did not have a significant effect on values such as flexibility (p = .363), vertical jump (p = .486), T-line agility performance (p =.401), iterative sprint (the best p = .366, average p=.261, the worst p=.475), lactate after repetitive sprint (p = .164), YoYo IR1 running distances (p = .165) and VO2max (p = .164) after YoYo IR1. On the other hand, sprint performance (10m p = .000, 20m p = .000, 30m p = .002), repetitive sprint borg (p = 0.05), YoYo IR1 borg (p = .022) and lactate after Yoyo performance (p = .000) were found to have statistically significant effect. Conclusion: According to the findings obtained from the research; it has been found that the different warming protocols have different effects in terms of the related motor performance parameters. When aerobic performance values are examined, dynamic warming (DW) is thought to have a negative effect and when anaerobic performance values are examined, static warming (SW) is thought to have a negative effect.
