Different calcium and calcium content development of the effect of source and doses pepper seedling

Abstract (EN)

The experiment, an important place in Turkey's economy and calcium deficiency caused by the pepper BER with the aim to prevent applying different sources and different doses of calcium to investigate the effect of calcium in the development of pepper seedlings. This experiment has been conducted in plastic covered and unheated green house in Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Agriculture Faculty between 12/05/2009 and 06/07/2009. The material used in the experiment of Yalova Oil - 28 pepper varieties used, Viol seedlings grown in 4 different calcium sources (calcium chloride, calcium carbonate, calcium sulphate, calcium hydroxide) obtained from 6 different calcium levels (0, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 kg.ha-1 Ca) were applied. Percentages of pepper seedlings grown in the output, the output planting time, output time, the stem weight (g.plant-1), root weight (g.plant-1), stem dry weight (g.plant-1), root dry weight (g.plant-1), stem moisture, root moisture, plant fresh weight (g.plant-1), plant dry weight (g.plant-1), plant moisture, root calcium content, calcium content of peat, plant calcium content, potassium content of peat, root potassium content, potassium content of stem parameters were investigated.As a result of different calcium sources in the experiment tried to determine whether the effect of different doses of pepper seedling development of this resource is the most effective resource CaSO4 and 10 kg.ha-1 dose, respectively. However, the experiment must be carried out in a single year should be done to repeat the second year is concluded.
