Abstract (EN)
The most important source of the business, that is difficult to imitate, is the human resources. For this reason, it is really important to hire the right person to the right job as a result of recruitment and selection process. Another issue that is so important is the long-term employment of the workers placed in the workplace, in other words retaining. Employees' adoption of organizational culture, sense of belonging and loyalty make it possible to retain. Within this context; in this study, which examines the relationship between the concepts of Human Resources Recruitment, Organizational Culture and Perceived Insider Status, the concepts that are subject to research and the relations between these concepts are studied theoretically. The purpose of the study is to assess the Perceived Insider Status and Organizational Culture Perception of the Human Resources Recruited from Different Sources and the same time to examine the relationship between Perceived Insider Status and Organizational Culture. In the study, Human Resources Recruitment Sources are considered as internal and external sources, and the differences between these two groups are examined. In addition, in the framework of the study questionnaire, employees are categorized as graduates of their own university and graduates of other universities, and these two groups are evaluated comparatively. In this context, by using the questionnaires filled out by 386 participants in two universities one is a state university, the other is a foundation university; reliability test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, Kendall and Spearman tests, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis test and basic statistical analyzes have been performed in SPSS 17 program. This study has importance in assessing the Perceived Insider Status and Organizational Culture Perception of the Human Resources Recruited from Different Sources and the same time to examine the relationship between Perceived Insider Status and Organizational Culture. In brief, findings obtained in the study puts forth that; 1. Employees who were recruited from internal sources have higher Perceived Insider Status and Organizational Culture Perceptions than the other employees. 2. There is no difference between the employees who were recruited from institution's own university and the other employees in terms of Perceived Insider Status and Organizational Culture. 3. There is a relationship between Perceived Insider Status and Organizational Culture and all extents of Organizational Culture.
