Abstract (EN)
Concrete is the second material used after water. On the correction of the concrete, it will be corrected. The use of fibers in polymer concretes is made of the last light materials. Within the scope of this thesis; Polyurethane added concrete was obtained by adding 5% polyurethane to the concrete. Coconut fiber (CFPOL) and glass fiber fiber (GRFPOL), which are natural fibers, are added to the concrete obtained in different proportions (0,5%, 1%, 1.5%) in 20 mm length and natural and artificial fibers are added to the polymer reinforced concrete. effect has been investigated. For this purpose, diffusion diameter test on fresh concrete, unit volume weight test on hardened concrete, compressive and flexural strength tests on 7 and 28 days samples and ultrasonic sound wave test (UPV) tests on 28 days samples were performed. In addition, SEM – EDS analyzes were made for the internal structure analysis of the samples. In the study, the best results in the compressive strength of the 7-day samples were obtained from the HLPOL 5- series containing 1% coconut fiber, and at the end of the 28-day curing period, from the HL 0-1 series containing 1% coconut fiber. When the flexural strength test results were examined, it was determined that samples containing 1.5% glass fiber fiber (CL 0-1.5) gave optimum results at the end of 7 and 28 days of curing. When the ultrasonic sound wave test results were examined, it was observed that the CL 0-1 series provided the best result with 2.0 km/h. As a result of the study; The optimum usability of coconut fiber, which is a natural fiber, and glass fiber, which is an artificial fiber, in 5% polyurethane added polymer concrete was determined.
