Abstract (EN)
There are some main factors having an affect on usage species in textile sector that are fibre, yarn, fabric species and finishing. In recent years, Interesting on shirtings with cotton have been increasing more and more. Some production changes are inevitable to increase the interesting on cotton shirtings; even so, cotton fibre has enough interesting. The thing at the top of these changes is to add elastan along the weft.It is known that weaving and finishing give quite different species on shirting fabric in addition to elastan usage. Ironability can be made with some different processes and various finishes. Morever, it is possible to change the appearence of fabric with weaving report, but it is not ruled out that each extra process have some advantages and disadvantages. In this study, six different groups has been compared with eachother and with the other groups with the species. Effects of the changing of elastane rate, weft and warp rates, cotton usage rate, numbers of yarns and weaving reports have been determined on the fabrics. Statistic has been used as physical tests of groups to compare the groups. The results of test have been found by using M&S test standarts.
