Abstract (EN)
Abstract: In this study; The effects of White Beech Mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) and Yellow Beech (Pleurotus citrinopileatus) fungi on the yield and chemical properties of the growing environments prepared with metal solutions were investigated. Cotton was used as growing environments. 200 g of cotton and 500 mL of metal ion solution were used for each growing environments. A total of 12 growing environments were prepared, including 2 pure water (UP) growing environments. The highest yield and growth were obtained from NaCl + Pc growing environments. The least efficiency was obtained from UP + Pc environments. Green mold growth was observed from CuCl2 + Pc and CuCl2 + Po growing environments and no yield was obtained. Chemical analyzes were carried out on mushrooms harvested from growing environments. As a result of chemical analysis in beech mushrooms, antioxidant rankings were found as FeCl2> CaCl2> UP> NaCl> KCl for P. ostreatus, P. citrinopileatus FeCl2> CaCl2> NaCl> UP> KCL. FeCl2 + Pc, FeCl2 + Po, KCl + Pc, KCl + Po and CaCl2 + Po were transferred to the fungi. Only the CaCl2 + Pc environments did not transfer metal solution to the fungus. Since UP + Po and UP + Pc have normal metal element values since they are experimental environments, metal concentrations of other media were made according to the analysis of fungi grown in these environments. As another aim of the thesis it is seen that the prepared solutions increase the proportion of nutrients in the mushrooms.
