Abstract (EN)

Microbial fertilizers in general; are necessary for the aeration atmospheric nitrogen, which binds to the soil, decomposes the potassium and phosphorus compounds to form usable for the plant, increases growth and development factors, increases the production of ATP, produces abundant sugars such as phosphorylated polysaccharides, activates these compounds, suppresses harmful microorganisms, decomposes organic substances and products containing microorganisms that increase soil aeration and water retention capacity. Chemical fertilizers and pesticides used to obtain high yields in agriculture cause problems such as environmental pollution, health hazards, interruption of the natural ecological nutrient cycle and destruction of biological elements supporting production. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of microbial preparations isolated from different media on chickpea (Cicer arıetınum L.) growth. Isolation was carried out from soil samples taken from highlands where there is no agricultural land and where wild plant growth is intense. Purification was carried out by cultivation on special media and microbial preparations were prepared. Chickpea plant was planted with 5 replications. The prepared preparations were applied on chickpeas in bulk, bead form, with vermicompost and also with bacterial seed coating. When compared with the effects of plant growth and development under normal conditions, according to the results obtained, it was analyzed that the F5 coating group caused by an increase in all growth parameters compared to the chickpea.
